I’m a Registered Nurse, Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer, with over 30 years’ experience in health and social care across both public and charitable sectors.
Alongside my clinical background, I’ve spent more than a decade in executive leadership roles, supporting people, teams and organisations through complex challenges. This experience has shaped how I work today. I see the whole person, not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.
Health, fitness and nutrition have always been central to my life. I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more energised and more at ease in their bodies, in a way that genuinely fits their lifestyle.
I believe that true wellbeing comes from understanding and working with the whole person. We will work together in true partnership to support and guide you back to a place of balance and fulfilment where you feel energised, healthy and truly yourself again.

Personal Training
Fitness is an essential part of whole-body health. As a Fitness Coach I can integrate a personal training package in addition to your nutritional therapy that can further support strength, energy, mobility and confidence in your body. Sessions can be in-person at the local gym or an exercise program can be created for you to follow in the comfort of your own home

Workplace Wellbeing Support
Wellbeing support for workplace, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle and sustainable health habits. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, boost energy and support long-term wellbeing. Helping employees feel healthier, more focused and better equipped for productivity both in and out of the workplace. Packages can be tailored to groups of employees or on a 1:1 basis with individuals
